Q: Are the credits per person, or per couple?
A: Each Platinum or Elite member will receive a credit. Be sure to use the Internet accordingly if a Platinum couple on a 7-day voyage decides to purchase two $75 packages, be sure one package is purchased with each username, do not purchase them both with the same username, as the $75 credit cannot be transferred.
Q: How can I make the most of my Internet credit?
A: Purchasing a package will maximize your minutes.
Q: How do I know which package is best for me?
A: It is your responsibility to choose the package that is most beneficial for your needs. You may choose a package whose cost exactly matches your credit given the voyage length and pay nothing out of pocket. If you need more minutes you can purchase additional minutes at the pay-as-you-go rate or purchase another package. If you purchase a package, unused minutes will not be refunded.
Note for cruises which are 7 days long or less: if you initially choose the $100 package for 250 minutes, your account will be charged the package price of $100, and will be credited $75. Thus the cost to you will be $25 for an additional 100 minutes versus $55 for a 100 minute package or $75 for 100 minutes at the pay-as-you-go rate. Please consider how much you will use the Internet when making your initial package selection, as it cannot be changed once it has been purchased.
Q: Will I get a refund for unused credits?
A: No. the credit is for Internet Café use only, and is not transferable. Once you have consumed an amount of Internet time equal to your credit, whether via package or pay-as-you-go, you will be charged standard rates for further Internet usage.
